What is a meet & greet?

A meet & greet is the opportunity to say a quick hello to an artist or celebrity that you love and to take a picture with them.

Most meet & greets are comprised of approx 100-200 fans. Fans will be guided by venue staff to form an organized line in a specified area. Venue and artist security will instruct all meet & greet attendees when they can approach the artists and when they need to exit the meet & greet area after their photo has been taken.

When is the meet & greet?

The meet & greet will take place before the show, before the posted “doors” time. The time the meet & greet start time is listed in the description on the ticketing page for your show, and on If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the listed start time of your meet & greet, you will not be permitted to enter the meet & greet and will forfeit all rights to the meet & greet ticket you have purchased. No refunds will be given.

Are my parents allowed to come?

If you are a minor, you may have one parent or guardian* accompany you at the meet & greet IF they have a ticket to the show. No person is allowed to enter the venue that does not have a ticket to the show.

Guardians do not need to purchase a meet & greet ticket in order to accompany a minor, but must purchase a ticket to the show.

Please note that no guardians may participate in the meet & greet, interact with or take a photo with artists.

*Parent or guardian does not include an older sibling or older friend.

What if I'm coming to the show with my friend(s) and/or sibling(s) and they don't have a meet & greet ticket, but have tickets to the show? Can they come to the meet & greet with me?

The short answer is no.

In order to gain entrance to the venue before the listed doors time, all persons must have both a meet & greet ticket and a show ticket or be a guardian accompanying someone with a meet & greet ticket. Friends and siblings will not be permitted to enter the venue without both m&g and show tickets. If your friend or sibling cannot be left alone, please make arrangements for them to arrive at the venue at a later time when general doors are open. No exceptions will be made to this rule regardless of extenuating circumstances.

How am I allowed to pose with the artists?

Fun poses are welcome! We just ask that you do not kiss Max & Harvey, Jayden or Jenna, ask them to kiss you, or jump on their backs. All of these instances cause health and safety concerns.

Can I bring Max & Harvey or Jenna gifts?

Gifts are welcome! However, most venues do not allow outside food. If your gift is edible the venue may make you trash the item before entering. Please keep all gifts to non-edible items. Please have your gift out and ready to hand to Max & Harvey, Jayden or Jenna when it’s your turn to meet the them. Fans with gifts will not receive extra time with the artists.

Can I take a my own photo/own selfie?

Unfortunately, time does not permit this. There will be a designated photo taker at the meet & greet, and you will hand your phone or camera to them when it’s your turn to take your photo. Meet & greet ticket holders will first take a photo with Max & Harvey and then Jayden Bartels if applicable then Jenna Raine. PLEASE HAVE ALL PHONES OR CAMERAS READY TO SNAP PHOTO. Any parent/chaperone accompanying you may take additional photos/video of you DURING YOUR meet & greet as long as they do not interfere with the official photo taker.

What if my parents forgot to hit the record button during my meet & greet?

Unfortunately, if this happens, we cannot allow you to go back through the meet & greet line. Your meet & greet ticket guarantees one photo and our designated photo taker will assure that this photo is taken. Any additional videos taken by your parent are a bonus and not guaranteed.
